i obviously do not wish to object the law, so if the law states otherwise i will comply.

the policies below are simply from a moral and ethical point of view.

companies that cannot comply i will refuse to work with.

please note this is also not an exhaustive list, this will likely be changed and altered.

advertisement policies
disclosure every advertisement will always be disclosed clearly. There is no exception to this. if this appears to not be the case, that is purely a coincidence. if you (an audience member) feel this isn't the case, please reach out and ask vulbyte.
company ethics (second and third party) Companies i work with must not take part in the following: dark patterns deceptive practices false advertisements employee abuse planned obsolescence scams warranty fraud note: i have linked to the canadian government in quite a few places as i believe they have clearer guidelines then the USA or other authorities
duration the durations will always be in approximately 10s increments.
transitions transitions will always be clear, and not integrate with separated content (excluding sponsored videos, where the whole video is an advertisement already).
false claims i refuse to make false claims that i do not believe, or are factually false.

All direct uses of generative AI such as: chatGPT, midjourney, and the like will be claimed (please note i am human, and may make mistakes, or not recognize it in some cases -vulbyte)
audio generation i do not believe there is a place for AI. artists and authors who have had their data, works, and products should be compensated.
text generation artists and authors who have had their data, works, and products should be compensated.
i believe text generation is useful as an alternative to google and code help, so i will commonly receive help from them for small things like correcting a code snippit in that way from them.
however i do not believe in using chatGPT or any other generative text model as a source or a place to get an informed opinion from.
Uses of these sources will not be claimed as they're not used directly, nor will they be used directly in any scripts, blogs, statements, or things of that nature. To do otherwise would be a failure to the community and audience.

other (machine vision and things of the like) these versions are more ethical in my opinion as they do not offer replacements for the original works, thus ethically i am content using them.
